Ballads of The CLICHÉ

BALLADS OF THE CLICHÉ was formed in 1998 by five guys raised in the jungle known as Jakarta. They were united by a similar musical vision but it took about five years for them to articulate that vision and get into the studio. In 2003, they released a mini-album to celebrate the music they love in the form of "Hey Smiley." The album was re-released by Spills Records the following year with an extra song and the band made its first video for the single Jennifer Loves Hewitt. Then, in late 2004, an old friend re-appeared and joined the band for their second mini-album "Snapshot of Serenity." Material from that effort was well received and is a teaser of what fans can expect when the band puts out its first full-length album in 2006.
